7 Day Atkins Diet Menu Plan

DAY 1

Breakfast
2-3 Eggs, *Poached, *Hard or Soft Boiled
4 slices no-nitrate bacon
1 ounce Cheddar cheese
Tea or decaffeinated coffee with 1 tablespoon cream and sugar substitute

Lunch
*Chicken Salad Ham Rolls
*Orange Cooler

Dinner
*Spicy Cocktail
*Luscious Lamb
Tossed green salad with *Vinaigrette Cream Dressing
Snack
*Snappy Raspberries and Lemons

DAY 2

Breakfast
*Scrambled or *Sunny-Side-Up and Over Easy eggs
2 slices smoked ham wrapped around a celery stick stuffed with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
Tea or decaffeinated coffee with 1 tablespoon cream and sugar substitute

Lunch
*¡Ole! Burger
½ cucumber, sliced, sprinkled with cayenne pepper

Dinner
*Salami and Parmesan
*Fabulous Flounder
Tossed green salad with *Lime Dill Dressing
Tea or decaffeinated coffee with 1 tablespoon cream and sugar substitute
Snack
*Hot Mint Chocolate Nog

DAY 3

Breakfast
*Cheese-Baked Eggs
2 sausage patties
Tea or decaffeinated coffee with 1 tablespoon cream and sugar substitute

Lunch
*Chicken Croquettes on a bed of lettuce
*Orange Cooler

Dinner
*Sour Cream Clam Dip with fried pork rinds
*Fennel Red Snapper
Tossed green salad with *Dressing of the House
Tea or decaffeinated coffee with 1 tablespoon cream and sugar substitute
Snack
*Vanilla Ice Cream
