The banana and milk diet plan

Once known simply as the Banana diet, this is an old favourite which I have jazzed up a little to make it palatable for modern tastes.

For example, the original Banana diet had quite a lot of liver in it during the second half of the week. It also had much less milk, and fluids generally, which we would not think desirable today.
